I was wondering if the ipod touch is worth the money? ?
portal.nnkl.comit is really cool with the touchscreen and being able to go on the internet.
it is definately worth it in my opinion c:
but really an ipod classic would be just as good.
But my Ipod touch end up at the bottom of my cabinet. I don't use it anymore.
Bad thing about it is that Apple will probably have a better cooler new one by next year.
The ipod touch pros' are...
Pro - Internet
Con - Internet is restricted to wifi which is only in your house, presumable, and anywhere its free which isn't many.
Pro - Bigger wider hi-def screen
Con - The hi-def screen is only really used for the net sense music doesn't sound better on a screen. There are, of course, music videos.
Pro - App store.
Con - App store is cool and yes it has a lot of nifty little apps and games but their apeal lasts about 5mins after they're downloaded.
There are a few that are use full.
Con - most apps are not worth the money you pay. You can pay any from .99 to $500 for an app, "seriously."
Pro - 32gb hard drive.
Con - 32 gb hard drive isn't really big enough to put to many movies or TV shows on it, if you download them from itunes. 3 movies tops; 8 TV episodes tops; separately.
32gb is only suitable for music and music videos.
For $50 dollars more you can get an ipod classic and triple your memory. If you want a bigger screen you can get an AV cable and whatch your ipod videos on your very big Hi-def TV or any TV that takes AV connections which are pretty much all made in the last ten years.
Con - the hidef screen is good for movies and TV not music 32gb is not good for movies and TV.
Im not a fan of the ipod touch but people seem to like it mainly because its a shinny cool hip little device that impresses everyone.
u can check ur email, download tons of free apps,
just think of it as an iphone without the phone.
