• I've had a mild headache for about 2 weeks, it is on one side of my head near the temple and I feel it during the morning when it lasts for about 1 hour, and at night (slightly for 15 mins).
    Is it a cluster headache or could it be something worse like a brain tumor.


  • could be a cluster headache. Could be mild sinus pressure, tension, a host of things. Really doubt its a brain tumor as a headache is not a symptom for brain tumors. If it persists see a doctor.


  • I can tell you what it is NOT: this is no cluster headache--cluster headaches are horrible, you get a huge headache and you get it in "clusters", meaning at several spots at the same time. There is nothing that hurts more---when I got them I had to go to the ER and I was so sick that I threw up, felt nauseated, really, really sick--which is pretty much not me. I got prescription strenghth painkillers for them--the strong stuff. The docs told me that they don't know what triggers them, and there is no cure--if you got only a mild headache on one side and only feel it for like an hour or 15 minutes that could be a lot of things---from changed vision to whatever---so the first thing I would do is get my eyes checked by and ophthalmologist to make sure there is nothing in the background of the eyes---then I would go to my primary physician and see what he/she has to say about it......
